3. Intellectual Property

All 3D models, designs, renderings, visual materials, source files, and creative assets produced by Virtual B2B remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full settlement, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our materials for commercial use without prior written consent.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate project details, branding assets, and necessary content in a timely manner. Delays in communication or approvals may affect the project timeline.
Virtual B2B is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made according to the agreed proposal or invoice.

  • Project work begins only after initial payment confirmation.

  • Refunds are not available once design, modeling, or development work has started.

  • Revision rounds are included as specified per project scope.

If payment is not completed on time, Virtual B2B reserves the right to suspend or terminate ongoing work.

6. Project Delivery & Revisions

We deliver all final assets digitally, in the formats agreed upon (e.g., OBJ, FBX, PNG, PDF, or CLO3D).
Minor revisions are allowed as per the project agreement. Additional changes beyond the defined scope may incur extra charges.

7. Confidentiality

Virtual B2B respects the confidentiality of all client data, concepts, and intellectual property. We do not share project files, visual data, or communications with any third party without written consent.

8. Use of Our Website

You agree not to misuse our website, upload malicious code, copy proprietary materials, or attempt to disrupt website performance.
All website content — including text, graphics, visuals, and code — is owned by Virtual B2B and protected under copyright law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Virtual B2B will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of our website, products, or services.
